Hi, welcome to my site. I’m Sally, a qualified Natural Chef and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach.
After spending most of my twenties and thirties having a love-hate (low-fat!) relationship with food and not fully understanding the benefits of good nutrition, I’ve embraced a more natural way of eating in my forties and never felt better.
I experienced the pain of struggling to conceive, both naturally and through IVF, a few years ago during an extremely stressful time in my life. This became the driver for me to research heavily into the affects on fertility, both positive and negative, of the food we choose to fuel ourselves with every day.
An interest turned into a passion and I enrolled with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Institute of Health Sciences to learn more. Leading me to where I am today, a predominantly organic Natural Chef and a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with a focus on optimising reproductive wellness in both women and men. I am currently furthering my studies with a BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition.
Your health doesn’t end with you. Studies have shown that eating a varied and nutrient dense diet prior to conception can not only benefit your own wellbeing but your future family’s health too.
