I get it, struggling to conceive or going through IVF treatments can leave you feeling frazzled. Thinking about what to eat and whether it’s nutrient dense is just another thing on a long list of to-dos. Let me take the stress out of mealtimes by doing the meal planning for you. Meal plans can help you stick to healthier habits, save you time and ensure you’re getting good variety into your diet.

What I’m not able to do.

It’s all well and good me telling you what I can do to help you, but it’s equally as important to let you know what I can’t do. This is to ensure I stay within the boundaries of my qualification and that you are getting the appropriate care that you need. As a qualified Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach I am not able to treat or diagnose any specific health conditions. Likewise, I am not able to offer symptoms analysis, this would be a role fulfilled by your GP or similar healthcare professional. I am also not able to recommend any functional testing (things like food allergy and intolerance testing, stool tests, blood tests), for this you would need a Nutritional Therapist.

My aim as a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach is to improve the functioning of the body as a whole through the use of dietary analysis, meal planning, and implementation of lifestyle interventions.

It is important to check with a potential health coach that he or she is equipped to meet your needs, by clarifying the scope of practice defined by their qualifying school and the scope of their insurance cover before starting to work with them. The scope of practice laid down by my educator (The Institute of Health Sciences) for the Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching (Dip NLC) credentials me for both nutrition and lifestyle health coaching. I am insured with Balens specialist insurance brokers for health & wellbeing professionals and organisations.
