My 4-week Nutrition & Lifestyle Action Plan gives you the support to integrate new nutrition and lifestyle habits to help you reach your health goals, whether you’re trying to conceive or not. Lay the foundations for a healthy body and mind by creating sustainable healthy habits.
The 4-week plan includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation, food diary analysis and lifestyle assessment
- I hour personalised plan of action session and nutrition recommendations
- Lifestyle and self-care recommendations
- 1 x 30min progress phone call/Zoom
- 1 week of bespoke meal plans, shopping lists and recipes

12-week Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching
Studies have shown that the 3 months prior to conception are just as important when it comes to nutrition as the months you spend pregnant. My 12-week Nutrition & Coaching programme gives you the support to integrate new nutrition and lifestyle habits to help you reach your health goals in preparation for pregnancy.
The 12-week plan includes:
- 1 hour initial consultation, food diary analysis and lifestyle assessment
- 1 hour personalised plan of action session and nutrition recommendations
-Lifestyle and self-care recommendations
- 30min Check-in calls/Zoom every three weeks
- 4 weeks of bespoke meal plans, shopping lists and recipes
- Access to informative handouts

Meal Planning
Planning and preparing meals can be challenging at the best of times, let alone when you’re conscious of nutrient intake and food choices when trying to conceive. I offer a range of meal plans based on individual preferences, where we look at ways to increase diversity and variety of foods to help you eat well and feel great. Giving you some ideas as to the type of meals to incorporate going forward.
