As a Natural Chef I try always to use food that is fresh, in season and organic or locally sourced for all of my recipes. Moving away from heavily processed foods and focusing on ‘real’ foods and ingredients is how I like to make up tasty, nutritious and balanced dishes from scratch.

As a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach (NLC) I can play a positive role in helping and supporting you to make healthier choices when it comes to your nutrition and lifestyle. Together we can work on long term strategies with the aim of promoting wellness and longevity, while looking to reduce some of the negative effects on health that our modern lifestyles might have.
